Big
successes
start with
little
ones.
When
we first
discovered
that our
little boy
has a
hearing
loss, we
also
discovered
that we
have much
to learn
and do. It
is so easy
to look at
all of the
things
that still
need to be
done, and
forget to
celebrate
the small
accomplishments
that take
place
every day
in the
lives of
our little
boy and
ourselves.
In
many ways,
we have
been given
a gift.
We've
learned
not to
take
things for
granted,
and we
have
learned to
take
notice of
even the
little
things
that many
parents
overlook.
We get to
celebrate
successes
that they
don't even
notice.
For us
Dominic is
a little
angel and
spiritual
teacher,
for Luca
he will
always be
the best
little
brother
that
anyone
would ever
dream to
have.
